98 DUAL
 
Estenbob Dual 98 is an automatic wrapping machine for rolls, using stretchable, thin self gluing film. This machine grants both radial and axial wrapping on the same roll.
Axial plus radial cycles result in a solid wrapping, the best solution to protect the rolls' heads edges. The output per hour is of 20 rolls/hour calculated for rolls with the following dimensions: Ø1200x2100.
 
 
93 DUAL
 
Estenbob Dual 93 is a semiautomatic wrapping machine for rolls: the best and cheapest solution in case of low hour output.
This machine grants both radial and axial wrapping on the same roll. It is semiautomatic: an operator sticks the film at the beginning of the cycle, cuts and seals it at end of cycle. Axial plus radial cycles result in a solid wrapping, the best solution to protect the rolls’ heads edges.
Through the relevant potentiometer it is possible to adjust the film stretching independently for axial and radial wrapping.
The platform can be placed on a scale.
 
 
88 DUAL
 
DUAL 88 is an automatic machine for complete both radial and axial wrapping of rolls of paper or of any other material through thin self gluing films.
Axial plus radial wrapping results in a solid wrapping, the best solution to protect the roll heads edges.
Through the relevant potentiometer it is possible to adjust the film stretching independently for axial and radial wrapping.
All wrapping parameters like for example the quantity of film to be laid can be set and modified through simple operations from the control panel.
 
 
84 RBA
 
RBA 84 uses an up and down layer of film laid onto the still piece by means of the rotation of the arm thus obtaining a steady load. It is possible to adjust the spiral pitch through the relevant potentiometer and the film tension by means of the brake or the prestretch unit. The cutting unit composed of a cutting blade and rubber pad, perfectly sticks the film tail to the wrapped body.
The machine is equipped with galvanised safety nets, with interblocked inspection gate and inand out feeding directions photocell on conveyor line. A operational control panel with alphanumerical display for auto testing, selection of cycle times, manual operations .
 
 
ESTENBOB 84
 

ESTENBOB 84, known as semiautomatic because film sealing and cutting (start and end of cycle) are made by the operator - while all other operations are fully automatic - has been designed to wrap paper rolls with axial style.
During axial wrapping, the film laid onto the roll creates air bubbles granting protection to the roll against moisture and shocks.
Normally the machine is placed into a hole, with platform at floor level.
The platform may be laid onto a scale.
