Fully automatic wrapping machine with high output and limited overall dimensions.
One of the two dispensers wraps the pallet with an helicoidal multilayer of self glueing stretchable film starting from the upper edge, while the other dispenser starts from the bottom. In this way the wrapping time is reduced by half thus granting high outputs with greater mechanical strenght of the wrapping if compared with the single spiral wrapping method.
The automatic film reel replacement grants a long run autonomy.

Macchina fasciatrice con film estensibile a braccio rotante, ad alta produttività e limitato ingombro. Uno dei due gruppi dispensatori effettua l’avvolgimento elicoidale multistrato, utilizzando un film estensibile autocollante, partendo dal bordo superiore, l’altro dal bordo inferiore. In questo modo con le due bobine agenti in simultanea i tempi di fasciatura vengono praticamente dimezzati potendo ottenere ritmi di produzione particolarmente elevati. Si ottiene inoltre una maggior tenuta meccanica dell'imballo rispetto ai cicli di avvolgimento a singola spirale.

Complete wrapping takes place in one stage. The package start moving on roller conveyor towards the FASCIAPAL 88 and the sides are wrapped as two vertical rolls with prewelded ends located at the sides. When the pallet stops, the double welding bars with intermediate cutting device located immediately upstream close: wrapping is thus complete. The package moves away to the thermoretraction kiln (oven), while the next load is prepared for the wrapping cycle.
